for 6 months from date of shipment to be in correct working order. If
a product proves to be defective we will exchange it for the exact same
item free of charge. If you ordered the wrong remote and wish to
exchange it for a DIFFERENT one, additional charges may apply including
any price difference and additional shipping and handling charges.

You must obtain a return authorization number from us FIRST.
